Government of the Sindh Finance Department, Karachi has issued Notification No. FD (SR-I) 1-1/Conveyance/2013 dated 3rd December 2013 in connection with the Clarification of the Conveyance Allowance during Summer Vacations for the teaching staff.
It is clarified in this Notification that the Conveyance Allowance is not admissible to the teaching staff as usual relates to the Educational Institutions during summer vacations in Sindh.
Earlier the clarification was sought regarding this matter and at last the same has been obtained. Various teaching staff had claimed that the deduction of Conveyance Allowance is not legal during summer vacation. After the issuing of this Notification all has been cleared.
