The process of the Upgradation of Clerical Staff in Punjab & Time Scale Promotion of the Punjab Govt Employees Having No Promotion Channel is in progress. In this regard letter No. SOP-II(S&GAD) 12(19)/08(P-II) dated 6th June 2014 has been issued by Government of the Punjab Service & General Administration Department to Mr. Haji Muhammad Irshad Ch. Provincial President APCA.
In this regard a meeting held on 10-06-2014 under the chairmanship of Additional Chief Secretary Punjab in the Committee Room of ACS for the said purpose including Upgradation of Clerical Cadre on the analogy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government.
In the same way the same department has also issued a Notification in June mentioning that the Chief Minister Punjab has been pleased to constitute the following committee to consider and devise the Time Scale Promotion policy in respect of all Government Servants/Cadres having no promotion channel.
